Wirral Estuary Phase 2

 

The phase 2 site is located within the Wirral Borough Council Planning Authority. The 50 acre site aims to install a 10Mw solar park development.

 

The target solar farm is of a low visual impact in nature and is well suited to supply a host of high energy consumers within the Borough seeking to enter into long term PPA agreements.​

 

The grade 3 agricultural land parcel is South facing with a grid capacity and positive first round of desktop analysis.

 

The proposed planning and grid submisssion is aimed to take place during the third quarter of 2014 with an installation and operating date aimed at the third or fourth quarter of 2015.
