The 100 acre site is located within the Warrington borough Council. The site is within close proximity to the SSE fiddlers ferry power station. The site adjoins the river mersey and has natural barriers creating a low visual impact scheme.

 

The planned 20Mw Solar development may service a variety of high energy users such as Unilever, SSE and the Omega development.

 

A planning application and grid conection submisssion will see the site potentially approved during the third quarter of 2014, aiming to be installed during the first or second quarter of 2015.
