SEP Land Requirement
SEP are looking to acquire additional land holdings on a long term lease or freehold basis. Our landbank is located within the North West and North Wales. SEP seek other locations throughout the UK for future growth. SEP will promote the planning consent at their cost on behalf of the landowner with lease agreements ranging from 20 to 30 years or outright purchase.
Our Focus is on agricultural or brownfield commercial holdings throughout the UK.
Sites ranging from 10 acres to 200 acres are preferred.
Our current Landholdings are situated in Wales and the north West of England. Sites with low visual impact and grid capacity are a key target for Acquisition or Lease.
Our requirements also focus on areas with high energy demand from commercial users.
SEP seek land agents and landowners who have potential land parcels for future development. SEP retain and pay agency fees for successful introductions.
