Deeside Enterprise Zone
SEP own over 700 acres of land situated in Flintshire Deeside. The area of development sits within the Deeside Enterprise Zone. This zone encourages development by way of a fastrack development order to improve the planning timeline, along with other incentives such as 100% Enhanced Capital Allowances. SEP are promoting a 49Mw Solar Park and would hope to have approval during the third quarter of 2014 and install the park during the final quarter of 2014. The park will be fully commisssioned and operational by mid 2015.
Fiddlers Ferry Warrington
SEP own 100 acres of land situated to the East of Scottish and Southern Fiddlers Ferry power station. SEP are in the process of promoting the site through to a positive planning approval for a 15Mw solar farm. The park will be operational by mid 2015.
Burtonwood AirBase Cheshire
SEP own 100 acres of land surrounding the Omega development site that was the Burtonwood Airbase. SEP are promoting a 15Mw solar park development. The park will be operational in the second quarter of 2015.
Puddington Solar Farm Cheshire
SEP own 100 acres of Grade Three Agricultural Land on the border of the Welsh and English border. The planned 20Mw Solar farm is planned to be in operation by the second quarter of 2015.
Wirral Estuary Solar Farm
SEP are planning a 40Mw Solar park development on the south west facing coast line on the Wirral Estuary. The 200 acres site is expected to have a planning application submitted by the end of the second quarter of 2014. SEP aim to have the facility installed by April 2015.
Wirral Solar Farm Phase 2
SEP have agreed terms for a further 50 acres solar development park. The planned development of 10 Mw aims to have a planning application submitted during the course of 2014. Installation is aimed at the third quarter of 2015.
