Solar Energy Parks
SEP owns over 1000 acres of Agricultural land within England and Wales. SEP plan to install over 100Mw of Solar Energy Parks within the next year. SEP are in negotiation to acquire additonal landhodings with the intention of submitting further planning applications for a further 100Mw of Solar development.
The sites have a low visual impact on the surrounding area and are well located within close proximity to large Energy users.
The Solar Parks range between 10Mw and 49Mw over 1000 acres of Land
SEP will deliver the required planning approvals for each project and deliver a turnkey development utilising an EPC and Operating and Management Partner with Global Credibility and Strength.
SEP will enter into long term PPA contracts with Credible counter party off takers for the whole installed capacity that it develops.
